This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you use the Wimyx mobile app, Wimyx Studio, our websites, campaign pages, waitlists, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you:

• create or use a Wimyx account;
• use the Wimyx mobile app;
• check in to or participate in a Wimyx-enabled event or artist experience;
• capture, import, edit, process, upload, submit, or share videos or other content through Wimyx;
• use Wimyx Studio or other business-facing tools;
• join a waitlist, redeem an invite code, or interact with a campaign landing page; or
• otherwise interact with us online or offline in connection with the Services.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• your phone number;
• one-time passcodes or other authentication information;
• username or handle;
• profile information, such as your bio and profile image;
• captions, titles, tags, and other information you add to videos or posts;
• concert codes, event access codes, invite codes, or similar redemption information;
• waitlist or registration information;
• communications you send to us; and
• any other information you choose to provide through the Services.

B. Content and Media Information

We may collect and process content you create, upload, import, edit, or share through Wimyx, including:

• videos you record or import;
• audio associated with those videos;
• edits you make, such as trims, titles, captions, or other modifications;
• content submitted to an artist, a feed, a project, or a collection;
• media processing status and enhancement status; and
• associated metadata, such as timestamps, event associations, selected streams, and similar information.

C. Event, Check-In, and Participation Information

To support event-based experiences, we may collect and process:

• the event, artist, performance, venue, or stream you select or are associated with;
• whether you are near or attending an event;
• event check-in status;
• event calendar or cached event information used in the app;
• geofence or time-based event matching information;
• concert, invite, or access code redemption information; and
• related participation records.

D. Device, App, and Usage Information

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

• device type and operating system;
• app version;
• unique device identifiers or similar identifiers;
• IP address and log information;
• crash reports, diagnostics, and performance data;
• in-app activity and usage information;
• feed interactions and feature usage; and
• information about your device permissions and settings relevant to the Services.

E. Permissions-Based Information

If you grant permissions to the app, we may collect information from your device, such as:

• Camera access to record videos;
• Microphone access to capture audio or support audio enhancement and sync workflows;
• Location access to help identify or confirm the event you are attending and support check-in;
• Photo Library access to import videos or save exported videos.

You can manage these permissions in your device settings, but some features may not function properly if permissions are denied.

F. Studio, Team, and Business Account Information

If you use Wimyx Studio or other business/admin tools, we may collect and process:

• name, email address, profile image, and account credentials;
• role and permission information;
• team member invitations and temporary credentials;
• artist, team, sponsor, project, or account associations;
• event, venue, performance, stream, project, collection, transcription, and tagging data; and
• connected platform and workflow settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• to create, verify, secure, and manage accounts;
• to authenticate users and enable login;
• to operate the mobile app, Wimyx Studio, and related Services;
• to detect, confirm, or associate a user with a participating event, venue, artist, or performance;
• to enable event check-in and invite or code redemption;
• to capture, import, process, sync, enhance, store, organize, and display videos and related media;
• to allow users to submit content to artists, post to feeds, share content, or save content;
• to power projects, collections, streams, sponsor features, connected platforms, and team workflows;
• to measure, analyze, and improve audience engagement, creator activity, feature usage, product performance, and business operations;
• to communicate with users about accounts, security, support, and service updates;
• to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service and other policies; and
• for any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. How We Disclose Information

A. With Artists, Artist Teams, and Authorized Accounts

If you submit content to an artist, participate in an artist-related event or experience, or otherwise use artist-facing features, your content and certain associated information may be made available to the relevant artist, artist representatives, or other authorized accounts, subject to applicable permissions and workflows.

B. With Service Providers

We may disclose personal information to vendors, contractors, and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as:

• hosting and cloud storage providers;
• authentication and security providers;
• SMS or messaging providers;
• analytics and diagnostics providers;
• customer support providers;
• infrastructure and technical service providers;
• form, registration, or waitlist providers; and
• other service providers supporting the operation of the Services.

These parties are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

C. With Other Users or the Public

If you post content to a feed, share content with other users, share to a social platform, or otherwise choose to make content public or visible to others, that content and related profile information may be visible to others based on your actions and the functionality of the Services.

D. For Legal, Security, and Business Reasons

We may disclose personal information if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• enforce our agreements and policies;
• protect the rights, property, and safety of Wimyx, our users, artists, partners, or others;

5. Event Check-In, Location, and Access Codes

Wimyx is built around event-based and artist-based experiences. To enable these features, we may use location information, event selection, geofence logic, time-based matching, and event, concert, invite, or access codes to determine whether you are eligible for or participating in a specific event or experience.

This information may be used to:

• check you in to an event;
• associate your videos or submissions with the correct artist, event, performance, stream, or venue;
• validate access to certain experiences or features; and
• improve event accuracy, fraud prevention, and service functionality.

6. Content Sharing, Feed Posting, and 'Send to Artist'

The Services may allow you to:

• submit or send content to an artist;
• post content to a feed;
• save content to your device;
• share content through your device or third-party social media platforms.

When you use these features, the content you choose to share, along with associated information such as your username, profile image, caption, event association, or other contextual information, may be visible to the relevant recipients or audiences depending on the feature used.

Your use of third-party sharing features is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of those third parties.

7. Studio Access, Roles, and Permissions

Wimyx Studio and related tools may include role-based access controls and permissions that govern which users, teams, or accounts can view, edit, download, share, or otherwise access certain content or records.

If you are a Studio user, team member, artist representative, sponsor representative, or other authorized business user, your access to content and related information may depend on your assigned role and permissions.

8. Analytics and Improvement

We may use personal information and usage data to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. This may include measuring:

• audience activity;
• platform engagement;
• creator participation;
• feature adoption;
• content performance;
• operational performance; and
• revenue-related or business analytics.

We may also use this information for troubleshooting, research, product development, and service optimization.
